• We have free shipping on all EU & USA orders above 125$. Below this amount, you pay $19 for shipping. All other countries and regions pay a $39 flat-rate.
• We ship every business day from our storage facility and deliver within 2-5 business days in Europe and US. In any other country, delivery can take between 5-7 business days.
• All possible charges for taxes and import costs are being pre-paid by us (except for Russian orders).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• You will always be able to return your order to us within 30 days. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. Notice that food products are non-refundable. Please, before starting a return, contact us first, maybe we can help you! All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
