Why buy a ready-made cupcake mix when I promote baking from scratch?
This cupcake mix is almost 100% made the same way as I bake "my best vanilla cupcakes"
The only difference is that normally I would use "vanilla bean paste " in my vanilla cupcakes and in this mix I use " Vanilla powder, grounded from whole vanilla beans.
This mix uses the same all-purpose flour with a low protein content that I use which is known to give tender cupcakes, superfine sugar, and vanilla bean powder.
The vanilla bean powder in this recipe gives you slightly more golden vanilla cupcakes but the vanilla cupcakes taste is amazing.
This cupcake mix is homemade but it is just made easier.
